Abstract:
The institutions of Civil Service Law, as traditionally established and
further clarified by the provisions of the Greek Constitution and the Civil Service
Code, regulating the legal status of Civil Servants, are explained concisely and in
depth. The broad legislative amendments introduced in Law no. 3528/2007 on
“Ratification of the Code of Status of Public Civil Administrative Servants and
Servants of Legal Entities of Public Law” have been taken into account.
