Practical subjects of Administrative Procedure

Konstantinos I. Kalonomos

Attorney-at-Law licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece,

LL.M. Heidelberg

Abstract:

This book focuses on various modern practical subjects arising in the

context of Administrative Procedure. Having taken numerous cases of admin-

istrative law disputes into account, including both cases of judicial review of

the legality of enforceable acts (annulments) and cases where the courts dis-

cuss the actual merits of the case, the purpose of this volume is to address and

highlight –to the best possible extent– various procedural issues, covering the

whole range thereof. Carefully sorted subjects, followed by targeted questions

as well as concise and clear answers accompanied by references to up-to-date

case law, render this book a handy and educational legal companion for legal

professionals, researchers and academic.
