Roussis Lawyer, Adjunct Lecturer at Democritus University of Thrace (School of Law) Abstract: The restitutional claim after the invalidation of an enforcement title (under Article 914 of the Greek Civil Procedure Code) specifies the rule unjust enrichment as the latter is codified in the Greek Civil Code (Articles 904-913). Both institutions serve the legislative purpose of the debtor’s protection against unjust enforcement against his or her property and the general principle of re- medial justice.
