The first part includes evaluative correlations and dog- matic comparative analysis of the key environmental crimes under Article 28 of Law 1650/1986 and their distinct variants, criminal offenses of civil servants, in particular procedural issues, and a critical assessment of EU legislation. The second part ana- lyzes the national legislation on the protection of the aquatic environment, environ- mental crimes from the unreasonable use of plant protection products and fertili- zers. The third part deals with the principle of universal justice, international judicial assistance and international criminal jurisdiction.
