IX | Editors’ Acknowledgments This volume was our way of coping with the grief from Stavros Tsakyrakis’ death. When we decided to prepare a collection of essays to honour his memory, we could scarcely imagine the almost immediate, positive and enthusiastic responses of so many prestigious authors who graced us with high quality papers.
