Abstract
: The book contains the new law on public procurement
(4412/2016), in which the Greek legislation adapted to the provisions
of Directives 2014/24, 2014/25, 89/665, 92/13. The author has sought
relevant case law of Greek and European Courts which he has registered
in footnotes to the respective articles of the law. Emphasis has been
placed on review of case law on issues of public works and designs.
