Abstract:
This edition includes the author’s general introductory remarks on
the structure of the Civil Procedure Code following amendments under Law
4335/2015, the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code that have been amended
by Law 4335/2015, Law 4370/2016, Law 4411/2016 and Law 4446/2016,
the explanatory memorandum of Law 4335/2015, a table indicating the cor-
respondence between the articles of the amending Laws and those of the Civil
