Abstract:

This book is a collection of the most significant greek codes and

laws about administrative procedure. It belongs to Nomiki Bibliothiki’s

pocket sized series of codes and includes the Presidential Decree about the

Council of State (PD No 18/1989), the Code of Administrative Procedure

(Law No 2717/1999), the Code of procedure before the administrative au-

thorities (Law No 2690/1999), the law about substantive disputes (Law No

1406/1983), the law about objective disputes and social security disputes

(Law No 702/1977), the Public Revenue Collection Code (LD No 356/1974),

the provisions about the pilot trial before the Council of State (Law No

3900/2010) and the Law about the right to a fair trial (Law No 4055/2012).

The legislation has been codified until Law No 4465/2017.
