Abstract:
In this volume, one can find a detailed recording and presentation of
the legislative framework concerning the regulation of the weapons and their use
in Greece and the jurisprudence of state courts. As far as the jurisprudence is con-
cerned, the survey covers the period up to 2016 regarding the law 2168/1993
–as it is modified. The jurisprudence’s presentation is systematized per article
as well as thematically based on the version of the legal framework currently in
force. The project is completed with the texts of the most significant national
laws, the relevant European legislation, the International Conventions, the Ex-
planatory Reports and an extensive bibliography.
