Abstract:
The book examines the participation of third- parties in the admini-
strative trial, among all cases, held either before the Council of State or the
district Administrative Courts. Both intervention and third- party opposition,
which are the relevant remedies, highlight the impact of such participation
on the progress and the outcome of the trial, while stretching to the limits the
basic notions of parties and their interests.
