Abstract:
This book contains all the social insurance and social welfare
provisions of Law 4387/2016 together with important extracts from the
related explanatory statement, in order to help the readers gain a better
understanding of its purpose. Furthermore, it contains the respective min-
isterial decisions and administrational circulars, issued until the publish-
ing date, that specify the provisions of the new Law and clarify the proce-
dures for its implementation. The introductory remarks, containing tables
and examples of the provisions of the Law, facilitate the reader to fully
understand its content. It is addressed to those who want to stay updated
with the most recent legislative developments in Social Security Law.
