Abstract:
The second edition of “Narcotic Drugs: Annotated Cases” has been
updated to include the new Statute no. 4139/2013 “on addictive substances”.
The volume contains excerpts derived from court judgments, pre-trial decisions,
prosecutorial decrees, etc. These excerpts are arranged so as to correspond to
each article of the Statute, and are accompanied by pertinent comments where
necessary. The volume also contains Presidential Decree no. 148/2007, as well
as bibliography concerning narcotic drugs.
