Code of Civil Procedure

Volume I (Art. 1-590), 5th edition

Charoula Apalagaki

Professor of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Attorney-at-law

Abstract:

The current 5th edition of this two-volume collective work offers a

comprehensive interpretation of the articles of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure.

In a concise manner it covers the wide range of topics regulated by the articles

of the new CCP following the amendments introduced under Laws 4472/2017

and 4475/2017, which are incorporated to the pre-existing rules. Each article is

analysed and commented from an objective point of view, on the basis of settled,

but also evolving, case law and legislation, along with the necessary doctrinal

foundation.
