Abstract:
The book “Diagrams of the Criminal Code” is a companion to the
systematic analysis and interpretation of the Greek Criminal Code. This second
edition was deemed necessary given the continuous reforms of the applicable
regulatory framework, and features a large part of the content of the Criminal
Code in the form of diagrams, in a manner that ensures the comprehensive yet
concise presentation of its particular chapters. To this end, the provisions of
both the General Part and the Special Part of the Criminal Code are included,
in the form of diagrams. This edition includes a detailed alphabetical index and
it constitutes both a handy guide for any person interested in Criminal Law and
an attempt at presenting a brief and concise interpretation thereof.
