Liber Amicorum in Honour of Ioannis K. Rokas

Abstract:

The current Festschrift / Liber Amicorum is published as a tribute

to honour the work of Professor Dr. Jur. Ioannis K. Rokas, who as a Professor

held the Chair of Commercial Law at the Athens University of Economics

and Business (AUEB). It includes 67 essays by prominent legal scholars and

practitioners in law from all over the world, on subjects such as, inter alia,
