Abstract:
This volume is a collective work headed ‘Special Proceedings’,
addressing the major issues arising in the context of the relevant proceedings
pursuant to the Greek Code of Civil Procedure, as in force following the
amendments introduced by LawNo. 4335/2015. Through a combination of legal
scholarship and representative case law of all court levels the authors highlight
and examine several issues regarding all three categories of special proceedings.
Each chapter includes extensive references to specific literature and numerous
case law references, which, along with an overall index of terms, render this
volume a handy tool for all those interested in issues arising in the framework of
special proceedings.
