Abstract:
The book presents the entire body of Greek Legislation regarding
criminal suppression of illegal migration, relevant international and European
texts that are transposed into national law as well as criminal jurisprudence and
bibliography on every relevant article, which is organized into subject areas.
The jurisprudence mentioned above is focused on judicial decisions of criminal
courts that have been published either in criminal law journals or in immigration
law journals.
