Abstract:
This volume is the first part of a two-volume work comprising vari-
ous templates of judicial applications (e.g. actions for annulment, administra-
tive redress, lawsuits, oppositions, interventions etc.) which are very relevant
for litigation in the respective field. The above templates, sorted into par-
ticular branches of public law, are accompanied by interpretative comments
and recent case law; the templates are in line with all legislative amendments
to the Code of Administrative Proceedings and to Greek Presidential Decree
18/1989.
