Abstract:
This volume comprises both the fifth edition of ‘General Politics’
and the first volume (Part One) of ‘Constitutional Law’. Such combination is
justified due to the strong relation between those fields of Public Law. The
book discusses -inter alia- the concept of the ‘State’, its bodies, the Greek
form of Government, as well as the management and the exercise of State
power. Providing an interdisciplinary approach, this book is a rather handy
companion for those studying or practicing in the field of Public Law.
