Drugs
- 3rd ed.
Christos Mylonopoulos
, Professor at the University of Athens
Abstract: This edition presents the current legal framework on infringements
of the law on drugs and is fully updated to include all amendments up to
the provisions of Law 4322/2015. It includes the now fundamental Law ²
4139/2013, by means of which almost all the provisions of Law 3459/2006
(Code of Laws on Drugs – “KNN”) were repealed. Furthermore, it includes
those provisions of the older Law 3459/2006 still in force (Articles 1.2,
58 and 61), along with Presidential Decree 148/2007 on the “Codification
of provisions of regulatory decrees and regulatory ministerial decisions in
the national legislation on drugs”. This edition is complemented with the
explanatory memorandum of Law 4139/2013, a detailed table of contents, as
well as a handy alphabetical index of terms.
