Abstract:

This edition is a collection of in-depth studies on interesting and

complex matters of Criminal Procedure. It includes a total of 33 papers, which

are classified into the following sections: General - procedural issues, Criminal

prosecution, Pre-trial proceedings, Trial, Remedies and Enforcement of judg-

ments. Parting from the views adopted by case law and the legal theory with

respect to selected issues, the author seeks to make connections between theory

and practice, to broaden and deepen the corresponding scientific debate, and

furthermore to promote a more intense expression of the study of the law in

the criminal field.
