Abstract: This edition constitutes an attempt to delimitate the status of

minors under domestic and international law. The first part of this book,

by A. Danilatou, focuses on how minors are dealt with under Greek civil

law. The second part, by V. Polyzoidou, constitutes an analysis of the

treatment of juvenile offenders and the protection of juvenile victims un-

der the provisions of criminal law. Last but not least, the third part, by

Y. Bistouna, constitutes a study of the status and the rights of minors un-

der both the Constitution and the rules of European and international law.
