The author engages in the quest of the meaning of the law analysing
the methodology of statutory interpretation through various examples with
reference to constitutional provisions, administrative acts, provisions of penal
law, etc. He also expresses some spontaneous thoughts on specific issues of
interpretation on the occasion of current ongoing affairs.
