Abstract:
This volume embodies the collective work entitled “Enforcement Pro-
ceedings”, which addresses the major issues arising in the context of the relevant
proceedings pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure, as in force following the
amendments introduced by Laws No 4335/2015, 4472/2017 & 4475/2017.
In particular, this edition is structured in various sections, including a detailed
analysis with regard to the recent introduction of electronic auctions (Laws No
4472 & 4475/2017), each analyzing the respective issues through comprehen-
sive and up-to-date references to case-law and legal scholarship. Guidelines,
templates and references to general and specific literature, covering a remark-
ably wide range of subjects that may arise in every step of enforcement pro-
ceedings, as well as a general index of terms, render this book a complete and
thorough legal companion for anyone studying or practicing in this field.
