Abstract:

This edition analyses the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court

of Appeal. The first part includes the substantive and procedural administra-

tive jurisdiction with reference to particular cases of administrative contracts,

competition law, decisions of the National Commission of Communications,

decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, removal of illegal adver-

tising and fines, as well as cases of temporary judicial protection and appeal.

The second part focuses on the application for annulment before the Adminis-

trative Court of Appeal.
