EU Procedural Law

Manolis Perakis

Attorney-at-law, J.D.

Abstract:

This volume embodies a rather innovative approach to the collection

and assortment of various legal and judicial instruments with regard to intra-

union proceedings. Structured in a practical way, it comprises the latest version

of relevant EU Regulations and Protocols, which regulate, inter alia, matters of

jurisdiction and applicable law, as well as the recognition and enforcement of

judgements in cross-border disputes. This edition includes useful guidelines,

templates and recommendations, issued by the CJEU and addressed to national

judges and parties concerned and it covers a remarkably wide range of the so-

called “EU Procedural Law”. An introductory note provided in each section, along

with reference to specific literature, as well as a general index of terms make this

book a handy legal companion for judges, lawyers, scholars and law students.
