Abstract:
This volume embodies a rather innovative approach to the collection
and assortment of various legal and judicial instruments with regard to intra-
union proceedings. Structured in a practical way, it comprises the latest version
of relevant EU Regulations and Protocols, which regulate, inter alia, matters of
jurisdiction and applicable law, as well as the recognition and enforcement of
