President of Greek Legal Counsel Association
Abstract:
This edition is addressed to legal professionals, as well as to other
persons falling within the scope of social security provisions, and it aims at
explaining in plain words how the reform of the social security system affects
the regime applicable to them. A lawyer who understands both the main no-
tions of Greek Law No. 4387/2016 and its specificities is better placed both
to exercise his or her personal rights and to protect those of his or her clients.
Furthermore, this edition provides answers to fundamental questions with re-
gard to its subject-matter, along with templates of the main pleadings and other
relevant documents.
