Abstract:

This is the second of two volumes comprising templates of

pleadings and other applications arising in the framework of Criminal Law.

This volume includes 112 templates of documents (pleadings, summons,

orders, indictment sheets etc.). It is structured in 3 thematic units: Main trial

proceedings (preliminary proceedings, remedies for the annulment of trial &

motion to set aside judgement, special proceedings for crimes committed in

flagrante), Means of appeal (admissibility requirements, appeal and appeal in

cassation) and Execution of sentences (suspension of sentence, conversion of

a custodial sentence into financial sentence, conditional release, recurrence

of proceedings, objections, stay of execution etc.). Each document is

annotated with comments and references to case law. This edition includes an

alphabetical index. It constitutes a valuable resource for practicing lawyers.
