FOREWORD
It is therefore not only right but indeed a great honour, on the occasion of the
retirement of Professor Ioannis K. Rokas from the Chair of Commercial & Business Law
(AUEB, Greece) to present to the legal world the current
Festschrift/Liber Amicorum
book, to celebrate the fine career of one of the leading insurance academics and
lawyers, who undoubtedly only retires from the academic Chair but will, one
confidently hopes, continue to serve our subject as before and for many more years to
come.
