Abstract:

This volume constitutes a comprehensive commentary of the

provisions of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure regulating the appeal. Through a

combination of legal scholarship and representative case law of all court levels,

the authors highlight and examine several issues regarding the appeal, such as:

procedure for filing an appeal, time-limits, legal standing, the suspensive and

devolutive effects of this legal remedy, the relevant hearing procedure, and

issues of intertemporal law, especially under Law No. 4335/2015. Each chapter

includes extensive references to specific literature and numerous case law

references, which, along with an overall index of terms, render this volume a
