Abstract:
The aims to cover fully, briefly and currently updated the issues of the
Greek Administrative Law.More specifically, the book refers to the definition of
the state, of the law and of the organizing of the public administration, of the
administrative authorities and their action, of their control and of the civil liabil-
ity that might be triggered by administration’s actions or omissions. It is further
covered therein the curriculum of the administrative procedural law and more
specifically, it includes chapters referring to the Council of the State, to the Court
of Auditors and to the Administrative Courts. In conclusion, this book provides
questions and answers suitable for self-evaluation regarding the consolidation of
the curriculum and annexes with a wider development related to the issues of
the public sector, the local and regional authorities, the public sector’s privileges
and the public procurements. The book will come in handy/ useful to those who
wish to acquire or update their knowledge related to the public administrative
law as in force today.
