Abstract: The Law 3869/2010 refers to the arrangement of the
debts of natural persons that are not merchants. This Law regulates a
process regarding the bankruptcy of individuals. µhe Law 3869/2010
was substantially amended by the Law 4336/2015 and by the Law
4346/2015. These Law amendments relate to the proceedings before
the court and to essence of the protection granted by the court. The
third edition of the book analyzes all arising legal problems in view of a
theoretical and practical standpoint.
