Abstract: The Association of Greek Public Law (EED) has organized its 3rd the-
matic Scientific Conference entitled “Public Law and Jurisprudence” on December
1st and 2nd 2015. Our Conference took place for the second consecutive year at
the hospitable conference room of the Legal Council of the State (NSK). Through-
out the four sessions of the Conference crucial judgments of the Council of the
State, the Court of Auditors, the Administrative Courts, the Court of the European
Union, the European Court of Human Rights, the International Court of Justice
and foreign Supreme Courts were presented and commented upon.
