European Law
Donatos I. Papagiannis,
Professor at Panteion University
This book covers the whole of both institutional and substantive European
Union law. It also covers other European intergovernmental organizations.
It is hence entitled «European Law» and not just «EU Law». The book first
retraces the history of European integration and then highlights the key
features of the Union’s political system. The book then presents the Union’s
institutions, the EU legal order and the judicial protection system. In regards
to the substantive Union Law this book analyzes the operation of the internal
market and competition law. It also covers other EU policies.
