This edition presents the law of business associations, as in force, following several
amendments to the relevant laws since the last edition of this book in 2012. The
author analyses the characteristics and legislative regime of partnerships on the
one hand (General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Dormant Partnership and Joint
Venture) and capital companies –now called ‘entities’ under Law 4336/2015– on
the other, as well as the manner in which the operation of the various business
associations has been structured following recent developments. The analysis also
focuses on new amendments introduced by Law 4403/2016, affecting both part-
nerships and companies.
