Fundamental Rights
Civil, Social and Political Rights
Spyros Vlahopoulos
Professor at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
Abstract:
This collective volume covers all fundamental rights, meaning that the
analysis is not limited to civil and social rights. In order to underline the comple-
mentarity between the various categories of fundamental rights, it also includes
political rights, which are traditionally linked to the organizational part of the Con-
stitution. Being a collective work, this edition is characterized by the particular
style of each author and by a pluralism of opinions on several matters.
