Individual and Collective Labour Relations
Ioannis Lixouriotis
Professor Emeritus at Panteion University
Abstract:
The 2nd edition of this collective volume constitutes a comprehen-
sive approach to specific issues of labour law, the main classification criterion
being the need to point out the questions more frequently discussed before the
courts. The relevant matters are covered in ten main chapters, namely: em-
ployment contract, remuneration, working hours, termination and suspension
of employment, modification and splitting of the employer entity, employee
relations, special employee categories, work accident, employee health and
safety, collective labour relations, and labour disputes. This volume includes
indicative references to specific literature, as well as useful templates and a
uniform alphabetical index.
