Abstract:
The work is a detailed in depth commentary on the new law 4072/2012,
which establishes rules regarding general partnership, partnership limited by
shares, silent partnership and joint ventures. The commentary covers substantial
law and procedural law issues. It deals among other aspects with the rules which
regulate the establishment of a partnership, the internal and external partners’
liability, the organization, administration and dissolution of partnerships as well as
the fundamental partner rights, transfer of shares, resolutions of the partnerships
and contractual freedom limitations in establishing those.
