Abstract: An initial, purely practice-oriented attempt at analyzing the new rules
on civil partnership, established by Law 4356/2015. An important innovation of
the new law is that it also applies to same-sex couples, but an equally important
element is the enhancement of the role and impact of all civil partnerships, as a
result of the recognition of family ties between the parties. The book includes an
analysis of the law, a comparison to its previous version, a flowchart of the law
and relevant templates.
