Abstract:
The present collection includes the Greek Code of Private Maritime
Law and relevant Greek legislation, as well as the main International Conven-
tions in force under Greek Law. The text of the International Conventions is
informally codified according to the latest amendments of each Convention.
The material is organized by the subject of the Conventions. Finally, the new
Convention – the Rotterdam Rules - for carriage of goods, currently not in
force, is included, both in English and in Greek (informal translation).
